Effective date: October 23, 2026. These terms apply to your use of Morvellay and orders placed through this website.

1. Who we are

Morvellay is operated by Zhengzhou Ruoyuan Network Technology Co., Ltd., at the company address below. Liang Weicheng is identified as Owner. Shopify provides our ecommerce platform; the seller is our company.

2. Using the website

Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us. You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract or the authorization required by applicable law. Do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code or interfere with another person's use. Keep account credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Product information and images

We focus on pet food storage canisters. Our original AI-generated imagery illustrates design concepts and is not evidence of inspected physical stock, tested airtightness, capacity, material composition, food-contact certification or performance. Props, food and decorative accessories are not included unless expressly stated. Colors can differ by screen and lighting. Rely only on expressly stated, supported specifications and ask us to clarify essential details before ordering. We do not claim that a container extends the labeled life of pet food.

4. Prices, payment and taxes

Prices are in USD. The checkout displays the applicable product charges, discounts, shipping and taxes collected before you confirm payment. We may change prices for future orders. Payment is processed through the methods made available at checkout. Do not submit another person's payment information without permission. Import charges not collected at checkout may depend on the shipment; see the Shipping Policy.

5. Orders and corrections

An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request. We may contact you to resolve missing information, an apparent pricing or listing error, payment problems or availability issues before fulfillment. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and arrange a refund of amounts paid for the unfulfilled items. We will not substitute goods or charge a corrected higher price without your agreement. Contact us promptly to request changes or cancellation; they cannot be guaranteed once processing has progressed.

6. Delivery

We sell to the United States. Standard shipping is $5.99 below a discounted merchandise subtotal of $50 and free at $50 or more. Expedited shipping is $7.99 without a guaranteed arrival date. Preparation is 5–10 business days after order/payment confirmation, subject to needed information; standard carrier transport is a separate 10–15 business days after dispatch. The combined standard planning window is 15–25 business days. Estimates may be affected by carrier disruption and other circumstances. 7. Returns and refunds

Request an eligible return by email within 30 days of receipt and wait for instructions before sending the goods. The buyer pays change-of-mind return postage. Damaged or incorrect goods are reviewed for an appropriate resolution. We inspect and process approved refunds within 10 business days after receiving a return, to the original payment method; bank posting may take additional time. See the Return Policy. Statutory rights are not reduced by these terms.

8. Use and care

Follow the actual product's supplied instructions and the food manufacturer's storage guidance. Keep batch and expiry details. Do not assume that a visible handle has a load rating or that an item is dishwasher-safe. Keep containers and small parts secure from pets and children. Do not use damaged goods or use a storage container as a pet toy.

9. Intellectual property and external services

Our original website content and brand assets may not be copied or misused without authorization, except as permitted by law. Third-party links are provided for convenience; their operators control their content and terms. Our inclusion of a link does not imply an endorsement.

10. Privacy and communications

Read our Privacy Policy for how information is handled and our Privacy Choices page for relevant choices. Marketing communications can be unsubscribed from using their unsubscribe link. Order and support messages may still be sent as needed.

11. Liability and mandatory rights

We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable protections concerning defective goods, fraud or personal injury. Any limitation is subject to applicable law and does not remove mandatory consumer remedies. Information on the site may be updated to correct errors; please contact us about a problem affecting your order so we can address it.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Disputes may be brought before courts with jurisdiction at the company's location, without depriving you of any mandatory right to use a different competent court. Contact us first if you wish to discuss a concern.

13. Updates and contact

We may update these terms for future use and orders by posting a revised effective date. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights concerning an existing order.
