Are sizes, materials and airtight performance verified?

Only details expressly supported in a listing should be relied on. Concept images do not verify capacity, material, airtightness, food-contact certification or washability. Contact us if a specification is essential to your choice.

Can I discard the original food packaging?

Keep the original packaging and its batch, best-before date and feeding instructions. Follow the food manufacturer's storage directions.

Where do you ship?

Our sales destination is the United States, with prices and shipping charges in USD.

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery is $5.99 below a discounted merchandise subtotal of $50, and free at $50 or more. Expedited delivery is $7.99 and has no guaranteed arrival date.

How long should I plan for?

Preparation is 5–10 business days after order/payment confirmation, subject to needed information. Standard carrier transport is another 10–15 business days after dispatch. The combined standard planning window is 15–25 business days. See our Shipping Policy.

How do returns work?

Email us within 30 days after receipt before returning an eligible item. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the buyer. We inspect and process approved refunds within 10 business days after receiving the return.
