Return Policy

We accept eligible return requests made within 30 days after delivery. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Eligibility

For a change-of-mind return, keep the item unused, clean and in its original condition with its packaging, and provide your order number or other proof of purchase. Goods affected by a defect or an incorrect delivery are reviewed separately and are not limited by the change-of-mind condition requirements where the law provides otherwise.

How to request a return

  1. Email service@morvellay.com within 30 days of receiving your order, with your order number, the item and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return instructions before posting the parcel.
  3. Package the item securely, retain proof of postage and share tracking information when available.

Return postage and problems with an order

The buyer pays return postage for personal preference or change of mind. For damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods, contact us with details and photographs if possible; we will review and arrange an appropriate resolution, including the postage arrangements where applicable. Do not send parcels to the separate Hong Kong business address.

Refunds

After we receive a return, we inspect it and process an approved refund within 10 business days. Refunds go to the original payment method; your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. Original delivery charges are considered according to the reason for return and applicable law. We will explain any lawful deduction before finalizing a refund.

Exchanges and cancellations

Contact us to discuss an exchange; availability is not guaranteed. If you wish to cancel an order, email promptly. We will try to stop it before dispatch but cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has progressed; the return process may then apply.
